Provincial Grand Lodge will be opened at 2.30pm The first procession will enter at 2.15pm All other Brethren must be seated by 2.00pm.

Traditional English smoked salmon with shallots, capers and chopped egg micro salad
Alternative - Smoked chicken and mozzarella baked tart with balsamic dressing and tossed green salad
*Vegan option - Mozzarella with roast cherry tomato tart with spring onions and rocket leave
Main Course
Chicken and tarragon topped pie with champ potato, fine beans broccoli and baby carrots in parsley
Alternative - Baked cod loin in mixed herbs and breadcrumb, lemon mayonnaise
*Vegan option - Aubergine, red pepper and courgette moussaka
Dessert
Apple and pear tart crumble with pouring custard
*Vegan option - Fruit salad

The cost of the meal is inclusive of half bottle of wine per person and a glass at the pre-banquet reception.

The Grand Connaught Rooms can offer accurate information on ingredients, however due to the open plan nature of their kitchens, they are unable to guarantee that dishes are “free from” allergens.
How to book/submit apology: Register (Individual) – choose this option if you are booking a place at the meeting for yourself only. Your dining option can be added along with your menu choices, or you can send an apology. An apology will be recorded by the Provincial Grand Secretary.
Register (Group) – yourself and up to 9 guests, but you must have a minimum of 2 Registrants (yourself and one guest). The “Member 1 information” is yourself, the following “Members” are your guest(s). Remember to click the option for dining if you and your guest(s) are dining. The next page takes you to “billing” which should be details of the person paying which may be just yourself.
Charitable Donation - We have added an option to the booking form so you can make a pre-meeting donation. The default amount can be changed and of course it can be zeroed if appropriate.
