2024 End of Year Party

Come and celebrate at the Provincial End of Year Party!

Always one of the favourite events put on by the Province, this time will be no exception. Back by popular demand is the Hendo Washboard Kings, a Dixieland jazz band, and there's also a chance to win an opportunity to sabrage a bottle of Champagne!

There will be drinks from 6.30pm and the evening kicks off formally from 7.15pm.

Tables hold 10, so why not organise one for your Lodge?

Starter

Chicken liver and brandy parfait with melba toast, red onion chutney and micro leaves

OR

Avocado bruschetta with vegan Parmesan, cherry tomatoes and pea shoot cress

Main

Filet of salmon with olive oil and caper-crushed new potatoes, spinach, served with a creamy lemon and chive sauce

OR

Wild mushroom risotto with vegan Parmesan and truffle oil

Dessert

New York cheesecake with fruits of the forest compote
